Abdulhussain Mamuji Bhaijeewala & Co. is a GST-registered dairy wholesale business (GST No: 24AADFA3210F1ZB) engaged in the supply and distribution of fresh dairy products including milk, ghee, curd, paneer, cream, and buttermilk across Kachchh, Gujarat, and surrounding regions.

2. Products and Quality

We take pride in supplying fresh, unadulterated dairy products sourced from trusted local farms. The following applies to all products:

• All dairy products are subject to natural variation in taste, texture, and consistency depending on the season and farm source
• Products are perishable in nature — customers must store them under appropriate refrigeration conditions upon receipt
• We do not use artificial preservatives, colours, or additives in any of our products
• Product availability may vary based on seasonal supply and farm output
• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products during bulk wholesale supply

3. Orders and Supply Arrangements

Orders may be placed via WhatsApp, telephone, or in person at our Bhuj office. The following terms apply to all orders:

• Orders are confirmed only upon verbal or written acknowledgement from our team
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion
• Regular supply arrangements are subject to mutual agreement and may be revised with reasonable notice from either party
• Changes to existing orders must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to be accommodated
• We are not liable for shortfalls caused by unavoidable circumstances such as adverse weather, transport disruptions, or farm-level supply constraints

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change based on market conditions and raw material costs. Our payment terms are as follows:

• Prices are communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary for different customer categories (retail, wholesale, institutional)
• Payment must be made as per the agreed credit terms — typically on delivery or within the credit period mutually agreed in writing
• GST is applicable on all taxable supplies as per Indian GST law and will be reflected in invoices issued under GST No: 24AADFA3210F1ZB
• Any disputes regarding invoiced amounts must be raised within 3 business days of receipt of invoice
• We reserve the right to suspend supply in cases of outstanding overdue payments

5. Delivery

Delivery arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis depending on your location and order volume.

• Delivery timings are typically in the early morning hours to ensure product freshness
• Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by road conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of order

6. Returns and Complaints

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations:

• Quality complaints must be raised on the same day of delivery, with the product retained for inspection
• We will investigate all complaints promptly and work to resolve them fairly
• Where a complaint is valid, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion
• Returns of perishable goods may not be possible after 24 hours due to health and safety reasons
• Claims based on improper storage by the customer after delivery will not be accepted

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or services
• Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the products in question in the relevant transaction
• We are not liable for any health issues arising from improper storage, handling, or use of our products after delivery

8. Intellectual Property

The name "Abdulhussain Mamuji Bhaijeewala & Co.", our business logo, and all content on this website are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or imitation of our business name or branding is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhuj, Kachchh, Gujarat. We encourage all disputes to be resolved amicably in the first instance by direct communication with our office.

10. Changes to These Terms
